Dylan Edeal-Smith is a graphic designer and visual researcher who's been designing treatments since 2016. He’s helped with every conceivable genre and brand in those seven+ years and yet he somehow continues to be inspired by contemporary imagery and layouts. An active listener, Dylan loves to collaborate and discover elegant solutions for the visual problem-solving that goes into building compelling layouts. He's researched and designed treatments for over 400 different brands including Apple, Nike, Ford and Starbucks, music videos pitches for artists like Jay-Z and Demi Lovato, and countless feature film decks. And as a fiercely competitive person, he LOVES hearing when his client’s deck wins...

Based in Los Angeles, Elizabeth Archer is a left-of-center director + writer who creates stories rooted in vibrant, stylized worlds and has a funny bone for offbeat, comedic filmmaking. Her cheeky sensibility, visual aesthetic and playful tone breathes life into both her narrative and commercial work. During her time in Los Angeles, Elizabeth has worked for companies such as Hello Sunshine, Netflix and as a treatment designer at PRETTYBIRD. She has directed dozens of comedic short films, sketches, music videos and commercials - most notably for Spotify and Verizon Wireless. She is currently in post-production on a web series starring Keke Palmer for KeyTV.

Emily Friedman (she/her) is a director, producer, and designer. In development, she has worked on the creative with directors for winning commercial pitches to brands including Google, Samsung, Meta, Nike, American Express, as well as narrative pitches to MAX and AppleTV. As a director + producer, she has worked with brands including Time Magazine, Merck, Match, The Klassy Network, Soft Scrub, and Vilebrequin.

Emma was born and raised in Sydney, Australia; the daughter of a cinematographer and producer. Emma got her start in music videos, though recently she has been focusing on documentary and narrative work in addition to her (one true love) music videos and music content. Known for her bold use of color, narrative concepts, and love of mixed media, Emma enjoys pushing the boundaries and working with new artists.Emma is a graduate of the USC School of Cinematic Arts with a major in Film & Television Production and a minor in Screenwriting. As well as directing, Emma also works as a freelance writer, visual researcher, and treatment designer for major music videos, commercials, film, and television. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her rescue dog Bowie, and her street cat Binx.

Erica is a director, designer and visual researcher who’s been working in film and TV + advertising since 2015. She earned her BFA in Film Production from York University, and was a Directing resident at the Canadian Film Centre in 2022. Her narrative film work has been supported by the Toronto, Ontario and Canada Arts Councils. A major film and TV nerd, Erica draws from an encyclopedic knowledge for her visual research. When she's not directing or designing treatments, Erica can be found reading creative non-fiction, watching horror movies or hanging out with her pitbull mix, Neko.

Jaimie Evans is a Portland-based graphic designer and treatment designer. Her inspired use of fonts paired with stellar imagery elevates each treatment she delivers. Jaimie has worked on hundreds of campaigns for big brands like Adidas, Asics, Google, Maker’s Mark and Cadillac among so many others. When she wants to flex her physical book design skills she handcrafts gorgeous custom notebooks.

Jessie Brown is a visual design and aesthetics junkie with a love for crafting bold and emotive visual pieces - which she's done for television series and brands such as Amazon, Netflix, Disney, Las Vegas, Honda, BMW, Lexus, KFC, Dominos, Crayola, and so many more. Jessie’s a film production graduate from LMU with a background in studio arts and production design who transitioned her passion for genre aesthetics and visual storytelling into treatment work. She has worked with everyone from emerging talents to Oscar- and Emmy-nominated directors. Jessie also previously worked as the lead visual designer for an award-winning commercial production company. When she's not working, you can often find her at your local AMC theater taking advantage of her A-List perks, catching up on the latest films in the industry.

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Kaitlin had an interest in art and design from a very young age, often drawing recreations of images she saw in magazines growing up. After studying Fashion Design, Kaitlin moved to New York and very quickly switched gears into the film industry. Loving the energy on set, she began producing a handful of indie projects, and eventually started writing and directing her own work. She has since directed numerous narrative short films, branded pieces, short documentaries, and music videos. Most recently she has directed Ava Max’s “Christmas Without You” video, and co-directed Korn’s “Worst Is On Its Way” video. Outside of her film and design work, Kaitlin enjoys painting, playing guitar, and photography.

Lindsay is an award winning director with a passion for art direction, choreography, and surrealism. Lindsay is inspired by wild places as well as the hodgepodge of Asian, Hawaiian, and Western cultures that were her upbringing. She previously worked as the lead designer at an award-winning commercial production company where she designed treatments for brands like Maserati, Grey Goose, Vogue, Lexus, Apple, and many more. Lindsay grew up in Los Angeles, where she still splits her time (between Hawaii) and accumulates parking tickets. When she’s not on set or staring at her computer obsessing over fonts, she’s most likely out surfing.

Raised in the Rocky Mountains - now based in East LA - Mack is a photographer whose A-list celeb portraits are often featured in Vogue, Teen Vogue, Birdie, and more. Mack's primary love is filmmaking - she loves creating stories rooted in truth with a twist of dark comedy. Mack developed eye for colors, visuals, and aesthetics through her love of filmmaking and photography and she describes her treatment style as "elevated yet authentic.” Mack was Creative Director on a Prada Perfume Campaign, she's a content creator for Create.Repeat, and she's a producer for an all-female creative agency. When she’s not creating visuals, Mack loves the finer things in life like lowbrow TV, crocheting, and eating the best food in town.

Matisse has worked in commercials, film and TV for the past fourteen years. He has crafted winning treatments for Super Bowl commercials, produced TV series and studio films, working with a diversity of directors and producers. Especially adept at technology, food & beverage, sports and automotive, there is no genre that he hasn't had his fair share of experience in. Matisse currently resides in Austin with his cat Nova.

Born in Texas. Telling stories in Los Angeles. As a filmmaker & storyteller, Nolan began his career doubling agency-side, where he developed a distinctive message-first approach to creative, design, and layout, with a keen eye for the visuals that elevate it. In his directing work, he's most known for channeling the momentum and energy of life into campaigns for Bumble, Peloton, Nike, and Verizon, and he follows the same story-driven principles as he collaborates with directors to realize their visions within treatments, putting immense intention into the flow and design of each deck. To him, each treatment is a story in and of itself.

Ren Ariel Sano is a Los Angeles-based graphic designer and visual researcher. A graduate of Parsons School Of Design, she understands the language of on-screen storytelling, semiotics and visual comedy. Ren has worked alongside many directors, writers and producers to help them realize their vision. In advertising, she has helped directors and productions companies win countless jobs, creating a loyal client base. Skilled at photoshop, she can create any image the imagination can generate, giving clients the ability to be as creative as they want, without boundaries.
